First Time Client's $50.00
Many people appreciate knowing that a low cost option exists to have their 1040 tax forms prepared. Our tax preparation service is coupled with our tax reduction planning so that we can demonstrate effective tax reduction strategies.
For first time clients our tax preparation fee is $50.00. That includes the Federal 1040, Pa State and Local forms. Other charges may apply but they are discounted by 50%. You must call to make your appointment or drop off your return information by March 16th of 2012 to qualify for the discount.
Returning Clients: Appointment
If you have a complicated return or are bringing family members information in addition to your own please let the scheduler know you will need additional time.
Returning Clients: Drop Off/Mail In Service
If you have an uncomplicated return or you are a returning client you have the option to drop off your return for completion. Returning clients tax preparation fee is $100.00 for Federal 1040, Pa State and Local forms. Other charges may apply.
Taking advantage of our drop off service will save you money. We commit to completing your return in 3 days or you get an additional $20.00 off your preparation fee. This assumes all of the information needed to complete your return was provided when you dropped off your return.
If you drop off your return on Monday before noon your return will be ready for pick up on Thursday afternoon of that same week. Before stopping in to pick up your return please call to be sure they are completed.

E-Filing
We will E-File your tax returns once your signed 8879 forms are returned.
Payment Options
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and or Discover Card. No tax returns can be released or E-Filed without full payment.
